The Firm
Built to hold.
AH Equity Partners is a private investment and holding company. It was founded in New York in 2018 to do one thing without compromise: acquire and build enduring businesses, and never be forced to sell them.

Most investment firms are built around an exit. Funds are raised, assets are bought, improved, and sold, and the clock starts again. AH Equity Partners was founded in 2018 as a rejection of that clock. It is a holding company: its capital is permanent, its default holding period is forever, and its incentives belong to an owner, not an intermediary.
The group began where its founder began: in commodities and real estate. That origin left a conviction at the center of everything that followed, that time is the most important commodity anyone has, and that a well-structured company can outlast any IPO. AH Equity Partners was built to honor that conviction, holding businesses for permanence rather than assembling them for a sale.
The group grew on a second idea just as plainly held: combining individual strengths into a single entity multiplies that strength and its growth. Today it operates through seven platform holding companies spanning technology, real estate, essential services, healthcare, franchise and strategic investments, development, and private capital. It is active across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Türkiye, Canada, and Georgia, and it remains wholly private and founder-led.
The combined value of the group's holdings is in excess of $850 million. As a private company, AH Equity Partners does not publish audited financials, and it discloses its operating companies selectively: the businesses themselves are treated as trade secrets.
How the group is built
AH Equity Partners is a single group that brings together the strengths of seven platforms, one per industry. Each platform carries deep focus in its field, and the group combines them so what is learned in one compounds into the others. The idea is unglamorous on purpose: a company built to combine strengths grows in ways a single business cannot.
