A note on our stated value

From time to time AH Equity Partners describes the combined value of the businesses and interests it holds as being "in excess of $850 million." That figure is our own good faith internal estimate. It reflects our present view of the aggregate value of our holdings, formed on the basis of assumptions and information we consider reasonable as of the date the estimate is given.

The figure is indicative rather than exact. It has not been audited or independently verified, and it is not a formal appraisal, a valuation opinion, or a statement of net asset value prepared under any particular accounting or valuation standard. Different methods, assumptions, or dates could reasonably produce a different result.

The value of privately held businesses moves with performance, market conditions, and the composition of our holdings over time. For that reason the figure is not fixed. It may be higher or lower at different points in time, and we may revise it, without notice, as circumstances change. We assume no obligation to update it except where the law requires.

Research, background checks, and information sharing

AH Equity Partners may, once a dealing has reached an appropriate stage and relevant information has been collected, use the information provided to carry out research and background checks on an individual or counterparty as part of evaluating a possible transaction. We share information with third parties and with credit reference and consumer reporting agencies only with the express permission of the individual, and we ask for that permission separately and in writing at the appropriate stage. Getting in touch with us, or submitting the contact form, authorizes none of this.
