Mixed-use development
Mixed-use development combines more than one type of use, typically residential, commercial, and retail, within a single building or planned site. Blending uses creates walkable, active places, diversifies the demand a property draws, and reduces reliance on any one tenant type or market, which makes the finished place more resilient over time.

A well-designed mixed-use scheme puts homes above shops, offices beside apartments, or amenities within reach of residents, so the site stays active across the day and draws people from several directions. For a long-term owner, that blend of uses makes a place more durable and more valuable to the community it serves. Good locations and well-built product are what let such developments endure.
AH Equity Partners approaches mixed-use development as something to build and own for the long term. Its development platform creates residential and mixed-use places designed to be owned and stewarded, including its Istanbul programme, which connects durable, well-built property with the group's healthcare and medical-tourism activity in the region.
